What we operate — and what we don't

Three day excursions from Rovaniemi, guided by our own staff in our own vehicles.
We are the operator, not a reseller: you contract the company that actually runs the tour.
Suitable for FIT bookings, series and one-off groups.
Beyond the three scheduled excursions we run custom day trips from Rovaniemi to practically any destination on request.

We are not a DMC

No accommodation, no airport transfers, no flights.
No multi-supplier itineraries or full-package ground handling.
If you need those, we work alongside your DMC rather than replacing it.

Capacity

The first thing most buyers want to know. We hold vehicles for three group sizes and can run parallel departures when a group needs more than one vehicle.

Northern Lights hunt

5–8 hours · unlimited mileage · small-group minibus or coach

We drive to wherever the sky is clearest across our whole range rather than waiting for it to clear overhead. Professional photographs of the night included.

Riisitunturi National Park

8–9 hours door to door · 4.3 km marked trail · 465 m summit

Winter day trip into the crown-snow forest. Guided small group with a campfire break, or a self-guided bus option on the same trail.

Korouoma frozen waterfalls

7 hours door to door · 5 km guided hike · max 8

Our retail tours carry a money-back guarantee: guests who see no aurora choose a free repeat or a full refund. On the five nights around each full moon it runs on photographs rather than the naked eye — moonlight lights the landscape and helps a strong aurora read as green, but it also makes a faint one harder to call, so the camera settles it. In a trade contract this can be kept, adapted or removed — tell us how you want it handled in your own terms and who carries the refund, and we will write it that way.

Are you a DMC?

No. We operate our own day excursions. We do not arrange accommodation, transfers or flights, and we work alongside your DMC rather than replacing it.

Do you take individual bookings from agents, or only groups?

Both. FIT bookings are welcome on the same terms.

What happens if the weather makes a tour impossible?

We make the call by 4 PM on the day at the latest and refund in full if we have to cancel. Forecasts get more reliable the closer we get to departure, so we wait until we can trust them.
